Cut own holes in crossmember for exhaust

I cut my own holes in my crossmember to keep the exhaust tucked up cheaper than buying a new one. Turned out pretty good, just need to get exhaust done to get it on the road after my ls swap can not wait.

Looks good, I did the exact same thing! Had to get a new tranny cross member to clear the muffler. Used the cpp tubular type.

I did the same thing and used CPP's tranny crossmember

Looks great. I did that on my '69 short step leaf truck too. Waiting on my 427 to return from the machine shop before I get the exhaust done.
