Steering column wiring

Working on my wiring, and it's time to install my new stock steering column, replacing the chrome job that came with the truck. Can anyone tell me if there is something missing here? I'm thinking there should be some sort of clip or cover that holds the wires in place.

Yes, there is a metal cover about 5 inches long that snaps into the two tabs shown in your picture.
