How do I decrease a pic to 100x100 for use as avatar?

i went to paint and did it there . go to image and move dnow to stretch and skew. i did 30-25 % the pic started at 640x480

I found this link in FAQs http://www.irfanview.com
I can barely turn my computer on and for me this was 10x easier that paint. It also allows for thumbnail view for all your pics if you don't have that already.

Irfanview is great, easy to use, FREE software. I use it a lot when working with digital photos.
