Help sourcing Dana70 hd Dually Axle/hub seal

Hi guys,

83 k30 dually here with dana 70hd out back.

Just noticed a few drips of gear oil on the inside of my rear passenger tire.

I'm not too good with the proper name of the seal yet. Possibly the outer axle seal or maybe Hub seal? I'm hoping to find one locally here in San Diego, preferably at your generic parts store. But if you guys could help point me in the right direction, either by a proper part name, part number, or diagram where I might find an exploded view of parts including this seal?

Looks correct from what I can tell. Haven't pulled mine apart yet but lots of 4x4 guys like the dana70, and this appears to be the one I see in pics of rebuilds on those.
