Another tach dash question...
So I've been doing some searching, and I read the 73-87.com link by Crossy, but I still haven't found a solid answer so I gotta ask. I have a 78 with gauges, not idiot lights, I bought a 78-80 tach dash, other than the three wires for the tach that need to be ran, will I need to repin the original plug because of the fuel gauge's new location or is it plug and play due to differences being in the printed circuits routing? I'm waiting for my tach cluster to show up in the mail and I'm just trying to get things lined up before I start. It's my DD so I need to be ready to do the swap quickly when the cluster gets here. I know the tach questions get asked all the time so I apologize for making another post about them, any help would be appreciated.

Re: Another tach dash question...
I did the exact same thing on my 78 and I didn't have to repin anything. As long as the printed circuit is in good shape on the tach cluster, you should be all set.
