Another Header Question
I need some advice on headers for my truck. I have a 69 K20 with a 396, TH400 and NP205. Suggestions on a good set that will clear my rig please?

Re: Another Header Question
I bought a set of headers from flowtech for my 79 k10. Fit good. Went to put em on my 85 k10? Didn't fit. Idk. But Doug makes a good header. I have a set now and compairing to the flowtech was a huge difference.

Re: Another Header Question
Since these trucks didn't come with big blocks, I guess there isn't a listing. All I know is with automatic, I don't see why Chevelle headers (3/4 length) wouldn't fit. They won't drop out too low and you just run the exhaust accordingly

Re: Another Header Question
http://shop.dougthorleyheaders.com/c...ers-thy-324y-c thorleys have thick flanges, 3/8"
There are some shorty headers too. I cant remember what they were for. Maybe the chevelle headers like SpecialK mentioned. I know a freind of mine put them on a '66 4x4 then ran the exhaust pipe to fit 4x4 stuff. Ill ask my friend next time we talk

Re: Another Header Question
I'm running Hooker Competition headers on my 71 with a small block. They fit well, but I'm saving up for a set of Hedman Elites. 3/8" flanges, 14 gauge tubing, and thermal coating.
