Turn Signals
I have a 1968 C-10 and I wanted to see if anyone else has run into this problem I am having, I recently changed all of my lights to LEDS and everything works except when I turn on my turn signals left or right, the voltage to them is decreased to almost nothing. I can start the truck up and with it running I can get them to flash slowly. The hazards work perfect with the truck running or not. I have changed out the flashers and Installed load resistors but no change so not sure what is going on. Thanks for any help or thoughts.

Re: Turn Signals
Had a similar problem, ended up with the flasher that has the wire coming out of it. These flashers use a 555 timer and a R/C circuit that can drive the LED's. The wire coming out of the (plastic case) is the ground for the 555 timer. They also plug in to the fuse block, if it's the two terminal type. Summit sells them along with guys on ebay. Good luck.
