temp guage
I have a mechanical water temp gauge thats over 25 yrs old in my truck, i noticed the needle sticks.
Should i get a mechanical or a electric gauge. is either one more accurate then the other type? any brand better then others.?

Re: temp guage
I have a electric in my 71 & a Stewart Warner mechanical in my 64. I always preferred mechanical over electrical gauges especially oil pressure.

my truck is already set up for mechanical gauge so I think I will spend a bit more and get a stewart-warner guage.
