6 cylinder radiator question.
Definitely redundant but it's a slow day. I have the 250 6 cylinder and I want a new radiator (old one has some leaks).
Any negatives to going with a 3 or 4 row radiator? Will I have to change thermostats or water pump? |

No negatives at all. Same stat & pump.
Did just that to my 250 powered c10 about a year ago. Switched bad stock radiator to a 3-row. Was out of a 69 GTO actually. Only minor differences. One thing I like about GM. Many parts interchange.

Well that is good news, thanks. Now to get a radiator that isn't made of plastic.

I used an 8 cyl radiator only thing had to change was lower hose top is the same the lower needed to be 4 inches longer because of it being a wider radiator

If you're installing V8 radiator, you will have to move the passenger side upper and lower radiator support brackets out further.

That's a good point, thanks. I should be OK as I am replacing my radiator core support with one from a 396 cu. inch engined truck. My core support was badly rusted.
