The Dorman catalogs are available here:
http://www.dormanproducts.com/Pages/...gs/dorman.aspx Choose automotive hardware, scroll down to section 10 and match your old wheel studs with the correct P/N new stud. You can also remove the old studs and reuse them. I would recommend installing any stud with a press but it can be done without also.

You are saying your truck has had 14mm studs and lug nuts up until you replaced the rotors/ if so, someone changed all the studs to 14mm at some point. Is your truck a K/10 or K/20? 14mm is closest to 9/16",which is what K/20s had.

At some point the rotors were replaced, and came from a year where metric was used. I used to have an '82 Regal that had one rotor with metric fasteners, and the other was the same as the rear studs, with US threads.

What rear axle is under the truck? I would guess somebody did a rear swap to get a more highway compatible gear ratio and then swapped rotors on the front so lugs would match.
Truck doesn't have the late model 8 lug aluminum wheels does it?

What's weird is that the rotors appear to be 72 because it had the Grove going thru the rotor, I think someone changed the studs, the rear end still has a 71 72 style rear end but uses 14mm lug nuts that's weird
