From what I can see. the original part number for the bearing is 7809271. 3981935 (pictured) is a replacement kit. 3981935 shows under 6.521 Bearing Assy, as "71-72 All, Blazer (Exc. T.W.) Strg. Shaft Lower". It's not for tilt wheel. Don't know why the lower bearing would differ for tilt, but I'll take their word for it. The description for tilt differs. 5696210 may be the bearing for tilt.
