Have to say I got a bit of a tug in the stomach when I saw your new ride. Had the identical truck down to the color and painted bumpers. Shortest SPID list ever. 250 3 speed. Purchased from the original owner in '87. Totaled by a drunk a year later. LOVED that truck! For all the the ways these trucks can be: loaded originals, 4x4s, tricked out modified...... this very basic truck, as a solid original, spoke to why these trucks are so loved: The end of an era for quality, styling, simplicity etc........

It's really not that great the bed has a ton of rust but the cab and frame are great

Great looking truck. You're gonna have a lot of fun with that! This forum will be a really big help to you.
Here's what I got last summer. It's a '70 C10, 396, TH400 trans. PO put a GMC grill on it. Actually, I like yours better. The '71'-'72 grills just look great! |
