67 vent window handle

New to the forum. Great info on here. I have a broken stud for the right vent window handle. Is there a fix for this or do I have to replace the window

Re: 67 vent window handle

You can buy a kit for this. Go into almost any of the vendors catalogs and you'll find them.

Re: 67 vent window handle

I have found them for the 68-72 style but only the handles for the 67's. 68-72 won't work. There is no hole in the glass.

Re: 67 vent window handle

You need a "new" used vent window frame ,there are no repair "kits " for your problem have you looked under the seat or in the glove box for the old handle and shaft ?

Re: 67 vent window handle

If you ever thought of switching to a ventless window, now is the time.
I think removing the vent window does make for a cool look, not for everyone though.

Re: 67 vent window handle

this is the part he needs . I may have an extra complete passenger side '67 vent window assembly . I'll have to look .

the shaft to mount the handle is part of the window frame

Re: 67 vent window handle

That is what I would need. If you have a chrome right side I would be interested.
