Glass shops typically pay about $50-60 wholesale cost for these truck windshields--shaded or clear. They come out of Mexico. Often glass dealers set up at big meets -----Carlisle,pa--Indi, In---and sell the glass for $99. Install can run $25. & up if you package the deal.
Of course it's much higher at the retail places you go with insurance coverage---they rip off the ins companies for like $200-300. Try several local shops to get the best price,,look pitiful and plead pauper-----no insurance etc. and you may be able to work up a decent deal. Good luck~~~~~~~~ |

I got mine for 198 installed, but I had to buy the rubber seal. I still feel good about it because the place I went...Safelite (in Olympia, but they are everywhere) offered a 10% discount because I got my seal from Frank (PICKMUP) and he has worked with this company to find the BEST seal that works and doesn't leak. Also the company offers a LIFETIME warranty that the windshield WILL NOT leak or they will come fix it. I think a windshield install is a "get what you pay for" item Just my 2 cents.
