Seeking source for front stub axle slingers and innershaft axle tube debris deflector
hi, i have a 71 k5 4wd and am rebuilding/restoring the dana 44. im in need of the 2 parts mentioned in the title. they are simple metal discs w/flanges that press on the axle shafts. does anyone have any parts #s or know if a plastic 2 piece (omix-ada) will work for the inner axle position, thanks, chris.

Spicer p/n 36364, purchased from Denny's Driveshaft, $2.95 each. These fit the larger 5-760 u-joints, I don't thing they fit the smaller u-joint axle shafts & I don't think the smaller slingers are available (could be wrong on this).

Re: Seeking source for front stub axle slingers and innershaft axle tube debris defle
I have a complete rebuilt set of axle shafts and spindles (CHEV 1972/ 1/2 ton / D44/ small crosses)) with all working/nice components that I would part with. It took alot of man hours to find all the parts to rebuild these guys, the small inside slingers are not reproduced / the small brass washer are almost impossible to locate a set these days.
After a few years, I swapped out for larger axles, joints and spindles, which is rather expensive. I 4-wheel alot. Shoot me a PM if intrested.

Try calling Woody's 4x4 in Vancouver WA. They have helped me out with parts in the past.
