Please show me your solid IVORY 67 ..AND.. what interior paint options were offered?

Have searched several threads, but not seeing many examples of solid ivory 67s. Paint code is 526 (not 521 white).

Interested in seeing STOCK interior pic as well.

Also interested in what color the front grille area would have been painted.

If anyone has a 67 data book, can you please let me know the available interior color options with a 526 exterior paint code?
EDIT: I should have specified more clearly - I'm actually interested in the interior color PAINT options (beyond fawn). Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks in advance

thanks for posting, I'm not quite sure that's factory 526 ivory(??) Looks a little too yellow?? (but I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking for pics!) Thanks again.

Anyone got a confirmed 526 solid ivory truck pic?

Re: Please show me your solid IVORY 67 ..AND.. what interior paint options were offer

My 67's paint code was 4526AA with blue vinyl trim.

It still had the factory (but in extremely rough shape) ivory paint on the truck when I bought it in 1996. It was flat black about 6 months later... and nope, not a single pic of the truck before it was black... kinda mad at myself for that...

The truck above looks nothing like my truck did. It looked like the white you see on the 55-57 Cameo Carries.

Edit: forgot the pic!

According to longhornman from back in the day, if no color was called out, fawn was the "standard" interior color for a 67.

Re: Please show me your solid IVORY 67 ..AND.. what interior paint options were offer

Thanks for sharing Jesse - so, what was the original interior PAINT color of your ivory exterior paint truck before you painted it? (my original post could have been more clear, I edited and added a comment to help - I am mostly asking about the interior paint color, not necessarily the seat color options - sorry about the confusion).

Longhornman? (this is what I pm'ed you about - we've been referring to your post: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...9&postcount=19 )
ESIT: Ok, tried, but can't pm Longhornman, hope he sees this!

My assumption was that an ivory (526) truck with blue vinyl interior RPO would have (like Jesse's) would have:
- Blue dash pad, seat cover, metal door panels
- silver-edge gb door with flat black middle
- but, my real questions are:

1) what color would the interior paint be (i.e. does the blue vinyl trim RPO include blue interior PAINT? (I am starting to assume so, because blue and standard fawn interior paint would be a little hideous) or would the ivory be the interior paint color? I seem to recall the blue interior paint is also a different shade than any exterior blue...??
2) what color would the steering wheel and column be?

Thanks gents, appreciate the help. Jesse, If your memory is good, you can solve this one for me - I'm actually asking in regard to exactly what your truck came with: 526 paint w/blue vinyl trim option - wanting to know what color paint the interior would have been done in (and the details about gb door, steering column and wheel, etc).

Ok, and for the bonus round: On a 67 K20, capless black steelies (probably locking ring), correct?

Re: Please show me your solid IVORY 67 ..AND.. what interior paint options were offer

I think I may have found my answer in the pic in post 1, assuming this truck is original paint: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=689629
This makes sense. I like fawn interiors, but not with blue vinyl! So, of course the trim RPO brought with it the interior paint color. Kinda cool to have solid ivory truck with the interior painted blue. Hmm.

Re: Please show me your solid IVORY 67 ..AND.. what interior paint options were offer

Andy (longhornman) left the forum years ago and hasn't logged on since. He was a true wealth of knowledge on these trucks.

My truck had a blue vinyl trim with a medium blue paint interior. The entire interior was blue. I was a teen and didn't know any better and spray bombed the entire interior with royal blue

I was 15 at the time, but from what I remember: Entire interior was medium blue, the door seal was the divide for the blue/white. The entire back of the door was blue. Door panels were metal and blue. Steering column and wheel were blue (still had them in storage up until a couple years ago), dash pad was blue, and my truck only had a driver side sun visor which was also blue. My seat was different than the one posted in the thread you linked, it was 100% blue vinyl with a blue piping around the end. Dash was a 3 hole, flat black with the silver around the edge, the backside of the glovebox was silver with the face having a wrinkle black finish with silver around the edge.

Couple pics I found with the factory color coming through.

I kept the factory doors I took off years ago and began to rust repair them and fill in the speaker holes. Pic shows a ton of the medium blue coming through.
