Just need good ring and pinion, but will buy whole center section. Also might be interested in rear brake parts. Thanks, Tom

Re: WTB HO-52/72 4.10 gears

Ok,
The 4:10 or 4:11 gears are not very common. They are more common in the later years the Easton rear was used, especially behind automatic transmissions.
You may want to also ask in 67-72 parts section. Most common on 69 to 72 trucks, but still kind of rare. You might even find a "No-Spin".

Hope this helps.

Tom, I have a 64 C20 that I'm converting to 1/2 ton for ride purposes and I"ve got what I believe is an HO72 rear end. I turned it manually and it appears to have 4:10/4:11. I"ll go under and take some pictures of it. I'm in North Orange County and its not too far of a BEAUTIFUL drive down. I'll let you know and post pictures of what I've got tomorrow in the sunlight (rain if forecast but I'm thinking positive). If i have what you're looking for, I'll pass on a good price since someone else on the board set me up on the new rear end, What goes around comes around. Tony

Thanks Tony,
Found a good one locally, so no longer looking. Hopefully you can find it a good home as I know others looking for that ratio.
Appreciate the offer,
Tom

Do anyone have a center section that I can buy...I have a 54 3600 that needs a gear change and want to find an HO-52 with the 4.10 gear.

Thanks
