New guy from the Oregon Coast
Hey folks, been reading the forums for a few weeks and finally got registered. Such a wealth of knowledge and great group of helpful people! I just picked up a '72 Custom Deluxe C20 (converted to 4x4) and am starting the journey to put some things right. I've seen comments regarding Classics, LMC, Brothers, etc. - anyone have any experience with Ecklers?
Thanks in advance and glad to be part of the group! |

Re: New guy from the Oregon Coast
Welcome aboard! Are you sure your truck has been converted to 4x4 -- that is, did it start life as a 2WD truck? Factory 4x4s are considered K-models even though the badging is C instead of K, through the 1972 model years. Whatever it is, congrats on your new truck! Everyone here loves pics!

Hey Stocker,
Yeah, the SPID and the VIN both start w/ a C - looks like a conversion. Thanks for replying |

Re: New guy from the Oregon Coast
Welcome again. I saw the one picture in the craigslist finds, but we want more.
