Drum Brake Question On 70 Truck

I need rear drum brake parts ,will any of the front drum brake parts work on the rear ? Im about to convert the front to discs so that is why Im asking . I think I know the answer will be no .

I swapped my front to disc a long time ago and I do not recall if the parts from the front drums would be the same as the rear. I do not believe they would have interchanged (in my case at least) but I have a 70 one ton dually (rear drums and shoes are large). It may depend on which 70 you're talking about.
