If that's Koa wood, I have a similar one. Wife and I bought matching set while visiting Hawaii a few years back.

Lol, all my trucks are torn down currently. I’ll dig out some trim and take a pic against it. The black is enamel, not sure if it is Koa wood, but I had to request the woodgrain to go horizontal and as close to the factory walnut look, the ring was made from Cobalt.

We ordered similar rings, for our wedding. Then my deployment date moved up, and we needed an option. She can't wear gold, so I went out into the shop.......
