Technically the 2.5 is a 2" drop.

Re: Who makes a 2 inch drop spindle
1/2" really makes that much difference? Only one drop size spindle is offered and then you fine tune with the springs to a desired drop. Springs can be varied easily, either buying what you need or a trip to the spring shop. Make various castings for various steering knuckles is not practical.

Re: Who makes a 2 inch drop spindle
I bought the truck recently.. was told it has a 3 inch spring drop. I just bought some new rims and the fronts are 20x8.5 with 4.5 backspacing and the tires are 245/45/20..
I want more rake.. and would like a 4 or 5 inch front drop.. reading up on this.. my tire size will work with a 5 inch drop up front.. by my measurements.. a 5.5 drop is gonna be really close and most likely will not work.. So know I am leading toward just buying the 4 inch drop kit.. Posted via Mobile Device |
