Found a 69-72 Soft Topper
Got a lead on a decent used black one. All parts appear to be there, no tears, clear vinyl windows look good, some stains. What do yall think its worth? New is $979 without shipping. Theyre are to find but dont want to over pay. Thanks!

Re: Found a 69-72 Soft Topper
Who is the Manufacturer? Is it an old Bestop (snaps everywhere), Kayline (fastrack without snaps), or one of the newer offerings (Softtopper?)

Re: Found a 69-72 Soft Topper
I’ve heard they updated the design recently. I have one that is about 2-3 years old and I’ve seen differences.

Re: Found a 69-72 Soft Topper
Yeah they aren’t a bad top. The issue I have with mine is the door catches when you close it. I’ve seen solutions. Other than that it’s a nice top and does what it is intended to do. I’m just glad there’s an option when the hard top is off.

Re: Found a 69-72 Soft Topper
Good deal, the glass catches the top flap that would cover the door glass or in other areas around the door? I will not have a hard top and was only going to run a bimini but after thinking about it withthe pop up showers we have where i live a soft top is a must. Glad i found one used and don't have to pay that new price tag. thank you for your reply sir

Re: Found a 69-72 Soft Topper
It catches the little rubber channel on the top back side of the door on mine. I usually unbutton it from the rail there when I close it. It doesn’t help though if you’re in the truck.
