GM Muncie SM420 Transmission 2WD or 4WD
VANCOUVER, BC
$200 CAD OBO (I have no idea what it is worth try your offer). I have this SM420 transmission I pulled from my 67 chevy truck (I went back to three-on-the-tree). This is the bull-low granny 1st gear 4 speed transmission offered by GM from 1947 to 1967. This one is the 1964-1967 version. According to Novak Adapters, the SM420 was offered in both 2wd and 4wd vehicles. The transmission was always used with a divorced transfer case so essentially all SM420 transmissions were 2wd drive. More info here in this link: http://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge...s/manual/sm420 Ran perfect in my truck, I just didn't need the bull low and wanted to go back to three-on-the-tree for nostalgia reasons. Let me know if you are interested. Ken
