C20 Disc Brake Swap - Booster

Will a 1983 JB7 master cylinder bolt up to my 1970 booster?
Will a 1983 JB7 booster bolt up to my 1970 with minimal modification?
Which will work better / provide more assist?

Background:
I have 1970 C20. I just bought a 1983 C20 to sacrifice for the disc brake swap. I bought a new booster for my 1970 about 6 months ago. When I do the swap, I would prefer to maintain my 1970 booster as it is newer and fits the factory mounting / linkage. I see the 1983 booster has the bracket mounted to the booster, so I am concerned it will not line up correctly. I do not mind changing as long as it will fit easily.

1970 booster I have now:

Re: C20 Disc Brake Swap - Booster

Did some more searching. Looks like the booster should bolt up with some modification.
