1969 C10 power drum question

Hi all! My 69 C10 came with power drums. I have recently removed the front cross-member assembly and installed a complete 1972 C10 one. I know I need a new master cylinder for the disc brakes, (along with the prop valve and front brake lines)but what about the booster assembly? Is a power drum booster the same as a disc brake booster? Thanks....Patch.

Re: 1969 C10 power drum question

My '70 C2500 GMC Sierra Grande had power front drums. I did a disc brake swap and kept the drum brake booster. It didn't appear to have as much power assist as the disc brake one on my '72 2500 'burb but it worked just fine.

I used a disc master and disc combination valve.
