Rear suspension removal ?

Need a little help here. Want to remove the rear suspension\third member from a 62 dually that I'm parting out. The bed is pulled so I have access to everything. The leaf springs are quite rusted so they're going to the scrap yard. What is the safe\correct way to do this? Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Rear suspension removal ?

If your scrapping it out, just cut the u-bolts....cut the spring eye bolts and drive em out...I wouldnt worry bout trying to unbolt it
