Odd 66 truck hood emblem

Anyone have any information on this hood emblem? A friend of mine has it on a 66. I searched for pictures of a complete one, but didn't find anything.

Without any googling, I'd say Oldsmobile. 1950s

1953 Buick. Front piece is missing. Also looks like the truck's hood has been worked a bit in order to fit.

Re: Odd 66 truck hood emblem

I started searching olds, but came up with a 54 Buick that looks very close. Thanks for the help!

Ya looks like the hood is modified to fit that emblem in there. Must have cut a hole in it.
