Jodie stopped the woodies 1 1/2 years ago.
Jodie, I think the links got messed up when the server crapped out on us. |

Why did you stop doing them? It's ashamed to see talent go to waste.

THANK YOU all SO much for the compliments!! I quit making them when I had gotten burned (litterally) lol... by a couple people who did not follow thru with their order . One was on another board and I had to just about publicly humiliate him to get him to pay for the work that I had already done. The other one, and the last straw, was a well known board member. (havent seen him on in a really long time) I did nearly ALL the work and was just waiting on some details of the truck trim, and he stopped communicating with me. It just really irritated me, lol. Ill prolly do them again sometime. If I do, Ill defenitely let y'all know. Here are a few Ive done in the past.
Thanks again!!! junk

Jodie, I know exactly how you feel. Imagine putting $2500 worth of parts in a car, having one of your mechanics put 15 hours in it at $65 an hour, and the customer says "I'm not paying" and never comes back for the car. Sure, we get a deposit on the big jobs, but it doesn't cover the losses. The car usually wasn't worth fixing to begin with, but they insist that they need the car. I have 5 of these cars sitting at my shop now. We've had 7 towed away in the last 2 months. (yeah, I'm venting) sorry :p

randy i know exactly how u feel. and people wonder i want a deposit to order any parts over 100 bucks. people get all pissy and try to convince you how much they need/want it and then never come back
