Suspension/Frame parts
I just wanted to show a few pictures of the frame parts I have recently added. It seems there are tons of manufactures right now making C10 parts. I used the React Suspension adjustable trailing arm mounts and the dead end garage exhaust cutouts. Both parts fit perfect and are of excellent quality. I had to use a 4 1/8" hole saw bit to make the holes for the exhaust cutouts but a template is supplied to make the holes centered.

Re: Suspension/Frame parts
They make some nice parts that allow reusing the OE x-members.

Re: Suspension/Frame parts
Yes, they sure do. These are easily duplicated pieces, but most are affordable enough to just order and be done with it. No limit is where I will be getting my front sway bar and Panhard bar kit. We are lucky to have some awesome aftermarket companies making awesome parts for these 50 year old trucks!
