1980 stock grill restoration questions
I picked up a really nice (all there, no cracks) 1980 grill.
It appears to be painted all one color (argent silver?) and almost has a slight texture to it.... the bowtie is very faded... Recommendations on restoring it? Paint it all argent silver?? Does anyone re=pop the 1980 bow tie? can only find 79 and then 81 ????

I have done a few 85-87 grilles. Just clean them really well and let it fully dry. Then just spray it whatever color. Argent Silver is the correct color, just not 100% positive on the 1980 Grille. And yes, they are reproducing the bow tie. There maybe other places, just do a Google search. This is the 1st place that popped up
