Wheel size on Lowered truck ??
I'm about to order my new wheels and tires for my 64 SWB
Ridler 695 Series. It has been lowered 4" in the front, and 4" in the rear. Presently sits on 15 in. wheels. I'd like opinions, and pics, on wheel size. I was thinking 20" all around or 18" front and 20" rear Any suggestions ? These are NOT my wheels OR my truck, but this is what I'm looking to do ! Last edited by kens65fb; 12-04-2019 at 03:51 PM. Re: Wheel size on Lowered truck ??
Depends what you want to look at.
I looked at a LOT of the wheel picture threads, and decided what size I think looks the best for me. You gotta do what puts wind in your sails.

Re: Wheel size on Lowered truck ??
I am curious as to what wheel you choose and also the backspacing. I am about to do the same with my ‘63 (still 6 lug).

Re: Wheel size on Lowered truck ??
I would look through the static drop thread and if you see something you like ask the owner what he has. I would give you my opinion but you know what they say about opinions.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ht=static+drop Or the wheel and tire pics thread. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ght=wheel+tire |
