New to site
I just recently got into these body styles due to receiving my father's 71 step side. We built a 75 step before and bagged that but this one was done way before. Time to pass the torch and currently on a road trip with him to bring to to my home out in CO. I've been using this site for a lot of research and info. Just wanted to stop by and say thanks and hopefully I run into some of you guys throughout time .
Info about truck: 1971 C10 I am 3rd owner father was 2nd. Built and stayed in Fremont, Ca till now. 4 -6 drop i believe New crate 350 from GM 700r trans 373 rear end. |

Congratulations and welcome to the site. Good looking stepside
Look around and you will find a great bunch of people and more information than you thought was out there. Dave

Welcome aboard!
Very nice step you & your father built, as Dave said some great people here and most if not all are always willing to help with problems are any questions that you may have.

Re: New to site
Very cool truck. I haven’t seen chrome steps in a long time, always thought that was a cool thing to do.
Should be a fun trip, weather allowing. Mine went from Wyoming to San Diego a couple of times back in the early 90s

Re: New to site
Beautiful truck! I always like to see pictures of the 67-72 trucks in the mountains of Colorado. I’ve been through the Springs many times heading to Silver Cliff.

Re: New to site
So cool! I'd say that is your quintessential California Stepside if there ever was one. Everything about it! And she's a Cheyenne to boot.
Sorry, I almost forgot. Welcome to the site!
