Hardest to find part
Just was wondering what was the hardest part to find for your build? For me it was the rear seat brackets for the Jimmy and 1970 gold armrest that took almost two years to come across.

Re: Hardest to find part
Hardest parts for my crew cab was not one, but two sets of blue shoulder harness belts.

Re: Hardest to find part
Drip rail moldings have not crossed my path yet, nor has a Lund cab visor. Good thing I don't HAVE TO HAVE THEM.

Re: Hardest to find part
I can speak in cluster and say the following:
Speed warning parts, in restorable condition. Factory tach/vac lenses and vacuum gauges. Un brittle 67 only bezels. 73/87 medium duty tach clusters. The funny thing is once I got the first one, I had 5 the next week, so maybe not that hard to find. 😁

The 67/68/69 3 speed over drive complete running transmission with correct over drive dash handle and wiring.
I had a whole setup one time and like a fool sold it for pennies.

Re: Hardest to find part
Pulleys for a short water pump with PS & AC. It took over a month of searching to get the right ones all in one spot.

Re: Hardest to find part
So far a rust free non ac cab I got one lol,
the tool stowage compartment that goes under the bed they're hard to find complete so I decided to give up on finding one and, the Custom Camper/10 emblems from 1969/1970 I may just get the dimensions and pics of that emblem and have them reproduced if it's legal to do so. Are Burb buckets any different from Blazer and truck buckets?
Or are you talking utility buckets?

Re: Hardest to find part
NICE find. In my case it's in my signature. I sorta don't get it, perhaps bad luck. Other than that, I can make a place for it should a mint cargo lamp kit come my way soon.
