Buddy Bucket Center Seat, console

Buddy bucket center seat, it will need restored. Everything is there but don't have a clue what it came out of. Maybe someone on here will know more about it. Asking $175.00 plus shipping and paypal fees. I might trade on this also. No longer available, Traded with board member.

Re: Buddy Bucket Center Seat, console

Upholstery looks like it came out of a Dodge, regardless they are identical to the ones in a Chevy or gmc. Good luck with the sale!

Re: Buddy Bucket Center Seat, console

I haven’t studied the Mopar buddy buckets, but this one looks partially home made or repaired. It has a plywood lid with some black vinyl stretched over and stapled. The hinge is definitely not GM and to me looks replaced too. It’s way too small for the size of the lid.

Re: Buddy Bucket Center Seat, console

I'm definitely no expert but from my understanding the buddy buckets are not vehicle manufacturer specific. But they did have certain upholstery in the chevys. Here is another pic of the hinge.

Correct, they were manufactured by Bostrom. Here are some pics of my center seat from a 68 Chevy. Hardware is identical to yours. The seat portion that is sat on is nothing more than plywood covered with upholstery.
