Door Jamb holes?
Anyone know what these holes are for in the door jamb? both sides have them. I haven't noticed anyone else's truck having these holes, so I was thinking maybe whoever started botching this cab up messed something up here also? I bought this truck from a guy who disassembled it and put it into boxes, then realized he was in over his head lol. I just can't seem to figure out what these holes are for. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Re: Door Jamb holes?
That's a bit courious that both sides have them. The diver's side area behind the jam is inaccessable due to the fuel tank so I doubt that the holes were to mount something in the little cubby hole areas. This makes me wonder if the holes where for bracing to stabilize the cab for replacing the floor panel, but never got done???

Re: Door Jamb holes?
They are for nothing. Weld them up and never look back.

Re: Door Jamb holes?
I hadn't thought about someone using them to mount a brace, which is probably what happened at some point considering the mess the PO created at the back of this cab floor. I will weld them up and move on, thanks for the replies.
