Carb Exchange Experience

For those who have a QJet or TwoJet or DualJet In need of rebuilding, I wanted to give a shoutout about Joe at Carb Exchange in New Jersey. He recently rebuilt the TwoJet sitting above my 307,71 C/20. Turn around was four weeks door to door. Upon instillation the engine started immediately after a few revolutions, never did that before. I would recommend this company after the experience. The exterior finishes he replicated is amazing.

That's a nice looking plating job on that carb! Icing on the cake for one that works right. I would, however, recommend putting a fitting on it that has a bulge on it so that the hose doesn't slide off. I know that there is a clamp there when the hose is installed, but the bulge (or even a barbed fitting) is much nicer for peace of mind, in my book.

Right on! I should swap out my neoprene line and filter for a proper hard line one of these days, so I'm not one to talk, too much. At least the filter is a metal can.
