Clutch question on a 72

Getting ready to start putting the 72 jimmy back together and decide to replace the clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing at the same time.
My question is, the parts store has an 11" clutch kit on hand for about $140. The clutch I took out is about 11 3/4" (probably considered 12") which would be a special order and about $120 more. Any reason why I can't use the 11"? Appears all the bolt holes are the same. Their computer says it should work. I am not off roading or pulling anything with it.
Specs: 1972 jimmy 4x4 350 4 speed.

As long as the bolt holes are the same in the pressure plate and the splines in the disk are the same it will work.

Re: Clutch question on a 72

For what it’s worth I got a complete Luk 12” kit for my K20 for about $130 from Napa and I’ve been really happy with it.

I am a big believer of putting back in what came out in order to avoid minute differences that may make you have to do it twice...

I agree with you. Hard to justify waiting on a special order and spending an extra $120 if I don't need to. We shall see as the install goes...
