Shipping who to use?
Who do you use for shipping ? What kind of prices should I expect? I’m in Montana and looking at shipping from Ohio and Nebraska

Re: Shipping who to use?
It depends if you want open or enclosed. If it is a good vehicle, I would go enclosed. In shipping, you basically get what you pay for. My Blazer that was just shipped to Illinois went via Reliable. I don't know what it cost the buyer, but it was super professional. I sold a Boss 302 a couple years ago and the buyer shipped it via uship. An open 7 car hauler pulled in where I met them, loaded it, and secured it with one wheel strap. I used uship brokers twice in the past. A 67 wagon started out on a 7 car carrier in Las Vegas and was delivered being towed by a flat bed on tires that were 30 years old. Oh it drove on the carrier and engine was toast when delivered. Also used a broker for a '70 Suburban shipped to me from Missouri. Ran when picked up. Wouldn't when delivered. Often times, legs of the trip are handled by different people. If you know a good private hauler with an enclosed trailer that would be good or a major transport company You have to be careful with trucks if they are lifted or have wheels that increase the track width. I have my own enclosed trailer and if I buy something and it is within 700 miles or so, I'll go get it myself.
