Glove Box Door Emblem Question
I have a 72 C10 and I noticed that my glovebox door has two little holes, one on each side. Can anyone tell me what emblem it should have on it? I'm assuming the holes are for emblems. Thanks! See attached pic.

Re: Glove Box Door Emblem Question
My 72 Blazer says "Chevrolet CST" on the glove box door, but the emblem is only about half that width, and there are three mounting holes.

Re: Glove Box Door Emblem Question
Tell us about your truck. It looks like maybe the holes for the wide Chevrolet emblem from 67/68, although they seem wide and high, as well as small diameter. Not all trucks got an emblem. Not only some basic trucks didn't, but the Cheyenne/Sierras also did not, for example

Re: Glove Box Door Emblem Question
What kind of information would help? I have the VIN and the Door Plate, but I'm not sure what trim level it was originally unless I can tell by that information somehow.

Re: Glove Box Door Emblem Question
I believe mine was an old OD green Bell Telephone work truck.
You can see where there are 4 holes above the lighter for a microphone, (probably should get a CB) and the glove box door had a couple holes in it from some emblem that used to be there. I just found an emblem to cover the holes in the door, so that thing is in the wrong location, but who cares, I like it. |
