Need Help with Truck Inspection

I found myself a 1968 C30 - I know this forum is for C10 but I am hoping it will not be an issue - it is located in South Jersey, I am located in Barrie,ON, Canada.
I need help from this excellent community for someone who is close to zip code 08075 to go and inspect the truck, drive it, take some detailed pics of it, a video, note any issues, make sure vins are matching, make sure the title is clean. I am willing to pay for this service at a mutually agreed upon rate between us. Please any help would much appreciated, as this community has helped me greatly with my C10 with all the issues that I had in the past.

Can’t help with the inspection but I’m curious how you’d get it across the border. Seeing as the border is closed to non essential travel.
Again.
Just curious!

I would imagine that car hauling companies are still working and making pick ups and deliveries from and to Canada/US, commercial trucking traffic is allowed across the border.

Never assume anything.
Make some calls first.
A car broker might know.

Checked with company it will cost me about $1200 USD to bring it back to Toronto which is less than I thought.

Re: Need Help with Truck Inspection

I live in South Jersey about 3 miles from that zip code. Im not a certified mechanic but know enough about these Trucks to know what to look at. Shoot me a dm. Let’s talk, maybe I can help with inspection.

I also have a good broker you could contact.

Re: Need Help with Truck Inspection

Hauling companies do go back and forth and at least here between Washington state and BC Canada There are outfits that you deliver the vehicle to on this side and they take it across after it goes though the checks at the border then you or your hauler pick it up on the other side.

Can't help with the inspection there, I did one for a member on a truck that is here locally a few years ago. Truck was a real decent driver quality truck that could have been real nice with another 8 hours of block sanding before it was painted.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
