Old man got tagged. Looking for opinions on aftermarket body panels
My wife and I were sitting on the couch finishing a movie and heard a loud crash. Wasn't the right sound for a gunshot so I ran outside to see brake lights at the end of the block and the old man pushed up on the curb with glass and plastic car pieces all around. To make a long story short, cops found the woman that did it and insurance is writing me a check. Thankfully its all cosmetic on the old man and there is no frame or steering damage. I used a tow strap to give the front bumper a couple tugs so the fender/bumper are no longer rubbing on the left front tire and I'm still driving him a couple times a week, just not when it starts getting dark because of the lights.
I found a nice OEM hood, grill and front bumper but I still need a left fender, grill support and a core support. I haven't had any luck finding those pieces locally that are in good shape. I'm seeing a lot of varying in the prices on aftermarket panels. Are most parts from the same place in China/Taiwan and I just go with the best price or are there brands I should stay away from? I don't mind paying extra for good quality but I dont't want to pay extra for Dynacorn... if they are the same parts other venders sell on fleabay for less. Iv'e bought plenty of panels over the years at the local sortafit and they never fit like OEM but are good enough. Certifit doesn't carry anything for the 1965 C10 so I'm looking for experience others have had with aftermarket panels. Thanks

Dang man, that sucks. I have used some Tri-Plus patch panels on my truck, but I have no clue on how good or not good the full panels are
