where to get parts in the Portland area?
I have been searching for a hood on FB marketplace and Portlands 'Craigslist' but all that I have found are in pretty marginal condition and are few and far between.
Is there a magical wrecking yard where tons of c10 parts exists within 100 miles from PDX that I dont know about? I am to the point where I am considering buying an aftermarket piece but want to avoid that if possible. Thanks! ~JH |

I bought some parts from board member: Classic Bowties. He's in Portland and has nice stuff.

All American Classics in Vancouver might be a place to check out.

Re: where to get parts in the Portland area?
Don't know them personally, I have seen quite a few 67-72s in the lot at times...
D & L Truck Parts. 91720 State Hwy 99 N, Junction City, OR 97448. Had to look the place up on Google. Just a place I have driven by in my travels. I have seen trucks being parted out at times on Craigslist. Might need to expand your search another 50 miles or so. Bob |

Re: where to get parts in the Portland area?
My opinion is that truck parts are hard to find in Portland right now, but lots of compete trucks. I'm not sure what's up. Go look at any other craigslist/offerup in a similar metro area of over a million people and you will see a lot more. It seems to have gotten really bad during the pandemic.
