classic industries
I am having issues with classic industries, i placed an order 6 days ago and never got a ship confirmation. I called and after waiting 17 minutes the person said my account was on hold because of a credit card chargeback from last year . last year I ordered some doors that arrived damaged and after 2 month of emails phone calls and messages not returned, I finally filed a charge back with my credit card company. what do you know 1 day later classic sent me a return number. I got my new doors and resolved the credit card issue in November . I placed a small order from classic in December that was shipped with no problem . so why is my account now on hold? and why didn't they contact me to let me know? . I dont think I will be doing business with them any longer

EVERY aftermarket auto parts supplier is having a hard time filling orders.
I’m not sure what the problem is, but it seem to be across the board. Some are having delays of weeks or even months.
