WTB Engine Wiring Harness for 67 manual 6 cylinder
Hello Folks. I am restoring my 67 K10 and all the wiring old wiring came to me in a 5 gallon bcket. I have been able to obtain all of the correct American AutoWire harnesses EXCEPT for the Engine Harness. The part number is 21980 no matter whether you look at AAW or M&H or Lectric Limited. Those three companies tell me the wait to have one made is 4-8 weeks. And every retail company (GMC Paul, Wes, LMC, Cooper Restoration, etc.) I have called tells me the same thing: They do not keep these in stock and drop ship them from one of the three manufacturers.
I will go back into my bucket the next time I am at my mechanic and see if the old harness is in there and see what I can salvage, but I just thought I would ask on the forum to see if anyone knew of a new one anywhere. Believe me when I say I have spent days calling everyone of the usual top 12 companies to see if they have one. No luck. I found all the other new ones on ebay amazingly enough. Got lucky there. This is not an expensive harness compared to the under dash harness. Thanks.
