Ls swap using stock ac compressor
All,
I just got another suburban and I’m going to do the swap. I’ve done one before in my 68 c10 so I’ve got that down but my burb has a really nice working ac and I’d like to keep it and keep the stock compressor that’s in there now. Has anyone on here done this. I know BRP and other companies make a high mount bracket but it uses a different compressor. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Ls swap using stock ac compressor
This thread describes how to install a r4 compressor on a LS engine. There is some junkyard diving and fabricating involved. https://maliburacing.com/forum/threa...summary.79059/

Re: Ls swap using stock ac compressor
I LS swapped my suburban and reused my r4 compressor using the Holley kit for LS engines.
