71 lowering parts ?
First off let me say hi to every one , you guys have a great forum here.
i was wondering if you all could tell me where to get 2" drop spindles and what is the best way to lower the rear of a 71 pickup. i just installed all new stock spings all the way around on my truck because the last owner took a torch to the springs and ruined the suspension, i have all the worn out parts replaced now and want it lowered the right way. i dont want it way low just a good stance to the truck. any sugestion's would be appreciated. thanks Chad

well the bad news is you could have just ordered lowering springs for the rear if its coil springs.instead of stock springs.but i guess you could go with a lowering block .hope this helps.and welcome to the board

Coony, you could always sell the new springs you bought on ebay and get most of your money back out of them. Then you can purchase a new set from Early Classics Enterprises or Classic Performance Products or GMC Pauls. Welcome to the site, and good luck!!
