7802644 power steering box
I have a 7802644 power steering box on my 1965 c10. I am trying to find the input shaft seal. The parts store here in town ordered me the wrong seal kit. The seals are too small. He could not find the right seals to order. What upper seal kit do I need?

Re: 7802644 power steering box
The casting number is for a 69-72 K20 according to this thread so searching that may give you some help some still use them on their 64, 5 and 6 C20's and such - http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=719663
This thread shows the 708 box used up to 86? https://leepowersteering.com/pages/h...fy-gearbox#708 I used the same gear box casting number on my 64 and it had the smaller seal, Orielly sold me the kit for the larger seal. Go figure.
