Just so it doesn't feel left out...

I purchased a 2022 2500HD duramax and drove it for about 6 months before returning it to the dealer for $5k more than I paid for it. The wife did not like how big it was and that was her primary ride. I decided to go older and reliable and purchased a 1970 C20 that was converted to a SWB with a 4.8l/4l60E drive train. This went with my 1995 Tahoe LS 2dr. My wife wasn't a big fan of driving the Tahoe on her short commute in the morning, so I bought her a 2013 Silverado quad cab short bed 2wd 4.8l. I'm going to lower it for her and put some 20" chevy snowflakes on it ($500 for a perfect set of 4). I did go through and have the ball joints replaced, new shocks and new brakes all around. It's a solid truck.
