Custom Brake Light (LED) wiring help for Dummies (ME!)

Hi everyone,

I bought LED lights from Ebay many moons ago and now I am about to wire them on my 72 C30. I found a wiring diagram for my truck but I am 12v wiring challenged. I tried some different way and none seems to work.

Can someone please help and let me know how I need to wire it or if I need a splitter of some sort?

I got it figured out. I need a 2 (brake/left and brake/right turn) wire to 3 wire converter (brake, left and right turn). I found one on the self and it works!!
