Another 1967 interior paint question (green)

So I got the Ditzler interior paint code for 67 and carried it to my local O'Reilly's auto and talked to a guy who was referred to me as a guy who had been mixing paint a long time. He did not have any luck matching the medium green poly. I then took my truck to the store and let him shoot a prophet gun on it and still no luck. He called a guy he knows at a PPG location, and after a long talk, came up with a code. He test mixed a small sample and it is pretty close, maybe even a match. However, he said he can only mix this color in a base/clear and not a single stage. Is there anyone out there who has a formula where they have had this color mixed before. As a last resort, I could use the base/clear, but would prefer single. Thanks for any help.

Go to Finishmaster or a professional paint supplier with the truck.

Here is the code used on Otis my Avatar, when I acquired the truck the PO did some things I did not like and had to change and repaint, it was a perfect match. I also, at a later date, had a "Rattle Can" single stage mixed to paint my radio delete plate and it was a perfect match.

I can't help you with the Poly Green.

What I found out on the 67 turquoise interior green,

I used a paint code from 1966.

It was a perfect match.

Hope this helps

The "medium green poly" - as it is called - is definitely turquoise. Did you use a 66 exterior color?

I took the paint chip that I ordered off ebay to Emerald Supply here in Lebanon.

The Referance # She put on the bottle after mixing is 5A-3872490 .

I took a picture of it in another thread.
I will go search for it.
